The Chief Judge of Bayelsa State Hon. Justice Kate Abiri CON has sworn in five new Notaries Public who are saddled with the responsibilities to draw up witness official document and also to administer oaths.
The brief swearing in ceremony took place at the Chambers of the Chief Judge on 28th April, 2015
Speaking during the ceremony, Hon. Justice Abiri charged the five newly sworn in Notaries Public to live up to expectation while discharging their duties and also be guided by the Notary Public Act so as to bring pride to the legal profession.
Responding on behalf of the new Notaries public Francis F. Egele,Esq the former Attorney- General and Commissioner for Justice Bayelsa state promised to abide by the oath of office.
Those sworn in are: Francis F. Egele, Agbaleze Nelson Ottah, Christopher E. Denedo, Tutuganami Oru Afagha and Saviour L.Taneh
