For every act of diligence comes success and for every success recorded comes along greater responsibilities. This was the portion of a vibrant member of the Bayelsa State Judiciary, Hon. Justice B.M Ugo who was sworn in as a Justice of the Court of Appeal on the 24th of March, 2014.
The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Supreme Court with the Honourable Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon. Justice Mariam Aloma Mukhtar, presiding over the swearing-in of 25 Justices including Hon. Justice B.M Ugo of the Bayelsa State Judiciary into the Court of Appeal.
In felicitation with Hon. Justice B.M Ugo at the colourful exercise were; Chief Judge of Bayelsa State, Hon. Justice Kate Abiri, President of the Bayelsa State Customary Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice Daniel Ayah, Justice Raphael Ajuwa, Justice Moore Adumein of the Court of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Warman Ogoriba, Member of the House of Representatives, Chief Serena Dokubo, Commissioner, Bayelsa State Judicial Service Commission, the Chief Registrar of the Bayelsa State Judiciary, Mr. I.A Uzakah, other members of staff and family members.
Hon. Justice B.M Ugo was enjoined by his colleagues to keep up with his laborious and painstaking attitude in the dispensation of his duties at the Appellate court and they wished him the very best.
